Abstract
Evaluating creativity reliably is a central challenge in creativity research and practice. This study examines training procedures for non-expert judges and analyzes the mechanisms associated with improved judgment quality. The results clarify how exposure and calibration processes can enhance evaluation consistency and validity. Implications are discussed for creativity assessment contexts that rely on human raters.
