Abstract

The Visual Aesthetic Sensitivity Test-Revised (VAST-R) is used to assess differences in aesthetic judgment quality. This article evaluates its psychometric behavior and discusses implications for interpreting “good taste” as an individual-differences construct. The paper addresses reliability, validity, and practical use in research contexts where visual aesthetic sensitivity is a focal variable.
